Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original, unused condition, with all tags attached and in the original packaging. It must be a item that we determine is faulty, damaged upon arrival, or incorrect due to an error on our part. We are unable to accept returns for items that have been worn, washed, or altered, or for change-of-mind purchases, unless required by local consumer law.
The Return Process
- Initiate Your Return: Please log into your account on perfectsunderwear.com and visit the order history section to start the return process. If you checked out as a guest, you will need your order number and email address to begin the process on our website.
- Pack Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, if possible, and include any provided documentation.
- Return the Item: You will receive instructions and, where applicable, a return authorization and shipping label via email after initiating the return. Please follow these instructions to send the item back to us.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and hygiene reasons, certain items are non-returnable unless faulty. This includes, but is not limited to, final sale items or items marked as non-returnable on the product page at perfectsunderwear.com.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order on perfectsunderwear.com.
